Revolution Glass Mirror Palette

Hey all I’m back with another palette from Revolution, which I recently got from a small haul, which included the matte lipsticks which I review. You can buy Revolution from Superdrug and online, there are many products available for all.

The palette comes in a protective cardboard case which has a holographic mirror effect, it then has lettering which is in Black then in the bottom right corner, you have a small image of the shadows that are included this helps with buying. You also have a clear thin plastic window which you can see the palette through. On the back of the palette you have the ingredients that were used in making the palette.

Remove the palette and you will find that the front is made up of reflective chunky shards, that are raised and chunky and also fits with the Glass Mirror theme of the palette. On the back of the palette you will find a Black sticker which in White lettering you will find a list of the ingredients that were used in making each shadow of the palette.

Open up the palette and you will find a mirror in the lid which is the same size as the palette, then in the base you will find the 15 eyeshadows which are a mixture of matte and shimmer shades. Using the palette I found that the shadows are strong and full of pigments, which don’t take a lot of effort to build or apply upon. The colours are super buildable and can be blended together with others to create your desired look of choice.

The colours included in the palette, there are colours which reflect the glass mirror theme with being the light shimmer colours, then you have other shades which are bright and seem to not fit, these consist of the following shades of: Pinks, Blues and Purples. Due to the different different colours included you can create numerous of different looks from everyday to evening.

Overall this palette is fab and full of many glam colours, but also super funky and bright colours, which means you can create many different looks which can be either a soft and glam or fun, bright and quirky or a mixture of both looks. This palette just like all Revolution products are strong and of an amazing quality, while being super affordable for all. I would highly recommend this palette to others, just like all Revolution products.

Wet n Wild Mega Cushion Colour Corrector- Green

Hey all, I’m back with some different product that I got in a recent order I did with my make up dealer, called Catherine from My Cosmetic Corner (Make Me Up), you can check out what other products she has to offer via her page and shop, plus place an order through her shop and you can get 10% OFF by using my discount code BB10.

This comes in a little black screw top compact which then on the lid, you have a picture of a girl and then the colour on the second half, along with a Black banner and the lettering is done in Black and White. On the underneath you have the ingredients that were used in making the product.

Open up the compact you will find a little Black sponge which is soft and absorbent, this is to help with applying the colour corrector, then underneath you will find a black pull up lid, which when you take it off you will find a sponge, which is loaded up in the green colour corrector.

Using the concealer is easy to use as all you do it use the sponge provided and then push it into the sponge loaded with product, which you then apply to the area which it needed, so in this case the green is used to help reduce redness. Once it’s been applied you can then use your normal foundation to apply on top which helps with creating a flawless base. The correction is nice on the skin and isn’t oily once applied, and just sits nicely and is absorbed into the skin.

Overall this is a good corrector as it’s not as thick as some concealer as you get, plus it feels lightweight and soft and is durable, as not only can it be used to reduce redness, you can use it as base for eyeshadows or glitters as well. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Revolution Matte Lipsticks

Hey all I got a couple of Revolution Matte lipsticks to try in a mini haul of products that I got a few day’s ago, as for those who don’t know I am a huge fan of matte lipsticks and those that are brightly coloured.

These lipsticks come in rose gold metal tube, which then the join where the lid and bottom tube fit together, you will find a plastic join with then a circular with an R in the middle, which is done in the same colour as the lipstick. On the bottom you will find the lipstick shade name, which in this case the two I have are Lust and Flamingo.

Take on the lid and you will find the lipstick is in a black incase, which is fitted into the coloured plastic insert. The lipstick is then in a wind up and down. The lipstick is in a factory setting where one side is slanted, which helps with application, plus it also smell sweet almost of a vanilla scent. The colour also looks very bright and is also looks matte.

Using the lipstick I found that the colours glide on easily and are easy to apply without making a mess, the good news is that it is easy to remove if you do make a mistake. The colours are super pigmentated and strong and is of an amazing quality, they apply on with a slight sheen to them, but once dried they are fully matte and last most of the day without re-applying.

I would highly recommend these lipsticks and I can most certainly say. I can’t wait to get a few lore and these are exactly what I look for in a lipstick. Amazing quality and smell divine, while also be strong in colour and offer you a variety in different colours, so there is something for everyone no matter what your go to shade is, or what to try something new, Revolution have got your back.

Headaches and sickness

Just a little update for you all, for over a week I’ve been struggling with feeling sick, not only in the morning like I am most mornings, but all day and really struggling to stop feeling like it, but I’m do what I can from crackers to water and also making sure I don’t take my tablets on an empty stomach.

But now to top it all off I have a constant headache which turn into a migraine and doesn’t disappear with pain meds and eating and drinking or even sleep, as went to bed with an headache and woke up with it it still, I really struggle when I get headaches, yes I am in pain daily with my endometriosis, but a headache throws me sideways and I really can’t do a lot, as I just can’t focus or concentrate very well on anything, where when I deal with my daily 24/7 pain with Endometriosis, I can focus on stuff and do other things, but headaches no such luck.

So all I can do is stay hydrated, and make sure I eat and hopefully it will go on it’s own, well it needs to as I really can’t do a lot but wait it out, anyone else struggle with headaches and sickness?

Stay safe

Jean Miss Sunrise Cherry Blossoms Palette

Hey all, I’m back with another palettte from Jean Miss, this one I got from my Make-Up Dealer and bestie Catherine from My Cosmetic Corner (Make Me Up), you can check out what other fab products she has to offer via her page and shop, plus place an order through her shop and you can get 10% OFF by using my discount code BB10.

This palette comes in a square cardboard magnetic palette, which then has a watercoloured effect background in Orange, Purple, Pink and White, then there is a semi-white box, which has the palette name is metalilic Rose-Gold, the company name is then done in Black at the bottom of the palette. On the back of the palette you will find a Gold square which in White lettering you have the palette name and the ingrediets that were used in making the palette.

Open up the palette and you will find that the inside of the palette is of a pink colour, and then in the lid you will find a mirror which is of a good size. In the base you will find the 15 eye-shadows and 1 concealer which are in sqaure and incased in a rose-gold insert. The shadows that have been included in the palette are a mixture of matte, shimmer, glitters and multi-mixture coloured shadows and the 1 concealer. The colours that are included in the palette are a mixtur of Nudes, Pinks, Purples and Browns.

The shadows in this palette aren’t very strong in pigments, when I swatch them and seem to be lacking some sort of colour, but the shmmers are the strongest in the palette where it seems to be catching the light and glistens, just because they aren’t as strong, when I swatch them, when it came to using them I found they were full of pigment and you can still create some pretty looks with the pretty colours and you can create some pretty looks for all occasion from everyday to evening.

Overall it is a gorgeous palette and the colours are super soft and romantic and are perfect for the spring and summer months, but can be worn in all season, they may not be very strong when swatched, but when using them they are super pgimentated and strong in colour, plus I like the range of different texture of eyeshadows and colours. It is a strong palette and I love all the colours in the palette, and would definitely recommend this palette to others.

W7 Eyelust Mascara

Hey all, I’m back with another mascara from W7 which I got from my make-up dealer Catherine from My Cosmetic Corner (Make Me Up), you can check out what other fab products she has to offer via her page and shop, plus place an order throgh her shop and you can get 10% OFF by using my discount code BB10.

The mascara comes in a fluroscent pink chunky tube, which has Green lettering, then on the reverse side you have the shade and the ingredients that were used in making the mascara. The handle at the top you have a slanted top with the W7 logo embossed into into it.

Unscrew the handle and pull out the wand and you will find a chunky brush which is made from fibre bristles, the brush is small at the end which has been designed to catch all the small eyelashes and also to help with application on the lower line of eyelashes, and then the brush gets bigger and chunky, which helps to catch all your eyelashes.

Using the mascara I found that due to the chunky wand it catches all my lashes well and helps to extend them out, while also making them look longer by lengthen them and coating them in the Black mascara. The mascara also help to define and create a fuller look, which means you can create a false eyelash look, without wearing any.

Overall this mascara is strong but I have found other W7 mascara to be stronger, I like how it define and lengthen my eyelashes, which help give me a fuller look. It can be used on its own for the days where you want to have a make-up free day, and want to have something to help with giving you a fresher look, or it can be used to add the final touch to your make up look. I would recommend this mascara to others as I would with all W7 products.
